3 If possible have a dedicated phone line. Try to limit background noise i.e: Television, children, dogs, etc Be excited but not desperate or over the top. Yes I love working on my Kleeneze business it gets me away from the distractions of the office

4 Have your lead book, a working pen and your desk diary by the phone. Be professional but with a friendly attitude. Be aware of the time you spent on each call.

5 THE APPROACH Hello Mr/Mrs………….my names……… from The Fast Forward Group I’m just calling to check if you received the information you requested a few days ago. YES / NO FOLLOW UP LEADS WITHIN 48 HOURS MAXIMUM

6 If no... Ok no problem I’ll call you back tomorrow to see if you’ve received the information and answer your questions. If yes… Great then I guess you have some questions?

7 If no ….. Great when do you want to get started? Common mistake is to try to sell the business over the phone from the initial information pack. What comes out of your mouth is determined by what goes into your mind Zig Ziglar

8 Telephone as soon as possible, its important to let the prospect know they have e-mail waiting. E-MAIL LEADS Send a pre-set e-mail reply with a link to your website or Fast Forward website. www.fastforwardopportunity.com Let the prospect know you will be calling back after they have seen the information to answer questions.

9 Your job is to overcome objections so you can get an appointment if local or send more information if at a distance or invite to a meeting. * Its not for me / if I’d known it was Kleeneze I wouldn’t have replied to your advert. That’s a shame could you tell me what’s putting you off.

11 FEEL, FELT, FOUND I understand how you FEEL I FELT the same when I first looked at the business, but what I FOUND… TIPS To bring the conversation to a natural close ask them, “so what do you think?” OR “when do you want to get started?”

12 You will still get lots of NO’S. You can mess it up until you get it right. Don’t get into an argument about Kleeneze. Make sure you get the money upfront.

13 If the answer is NO, ask for referrals and if you can phone again in a few months time as their circumstances may have changed. Beats talent when talent doesn ’ t work hard.
