Why Participate? Eligibility Two great reasons to join Vitality: 1. Improve or maintain your health 2. Earn rewards - Savings on McKesson medical premiums - Vitality Bucks® to spend at the online Vitality Mall™ - Health club rebates or subsidies The benefits of better health are obvious — increased energy, sharper mental focus and lower risk of disease. Improving or maintaining your health isn’t the only reason to participate in Vitality. Your healthy actions can earn you great rewards, such as savings on your McKesson medical premiums, Vitality Bucks® to spend at the online Vitality Mall™ and health club rebates or subsidies. You’re eligible for Vitality as long as you’re a full-time, benefit eligible employee. You don’t need to be covered under a McKesson medical plan to participate. However, your spouse/domestic partner must be enrolled in a McKesson medical plan in order to participate in Vitality. Now that you know what Vitality is, let’s see how it works. Eligibility You’re eligible for Vitality as long as you’re a full-time, benefit eligible employee. Get a Free Activity Tracker Claim your Fitbit Zip™ at Get Rewarded > Vitality Mall > Fitbit. Sync your device to Vitality to track: Distance Calories burned One of the most convenient ways to earn Vitality Points is by syncing a fitness device to Vitality to track your workouts. To help you get started, we offer you one free Fitbit Zip™ activity tracker. Claim yours by logging on to Vitality and going to Get Rewarded > Vitality Mall > Fitbit. Then sync your device to Vitality to track your distance and calories burned. Once your device is synced, your workouts are automatically submitted to Vitality. If your spouse/domestic partner participates in a McKesson medical plan, he/she is also eligible for a free Fitbit Zip. There is a limit of one device per person, per lifetime. Once your device is synced, your workouts are automatically submitted to Vitality. 2015 Vitality New Member Presentation Vitality Presentation

How Vitality Works — Vitality Status Your Vitality Points determine your Vitality Status® — Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum. The number of points you need to reach each status depends on who you cover under your medical plan, as shown in the chart. Your Vitality Status resets to Bronze each year on January 1. Your Vitality Status® resets to Bronze each year on January 1. 2015 Vitality New Member Presentation Vitality Presentation

Save on Your McKesson Medical Premiums First-Year Savings Complete: VHR — save $35 a month Vitality Check biometric screening — save $75 a month Gold Status = max savings of $115 a month Save even more if your spouse or domestic partner: Enrolls in a McKesson medical plan and Completes the VHR and biometric screening Reaches Gold Status As you increase your Vitality Status, you increase your rewards, such as savings on your McKesson medical premiums. As a new Vitality participant who became benefit eligible on or after January 1, 2015, your first-year savings depend on the Vitality activities you complete in 2015. To activate your savings of $35 a month, first complete the VHR. Then, step up your savings to $75 a month by taking the Vitality Check biometric screening. After you complete both of these actions (which we’ll discuss shortly), continue earning as many Vitality Points as possible to reach Gold Status. At Gold Status, you save the most on your premiums — $115 a month. You can double your savings if your spouse/domestic partner is enrolled in a McKesson medical plan, completes the VHR and biometric screening, and you jointly achieve Gold Status. Learn more about McKesson medical premium savings on the You. Even better. Library under the New Hires tab. 2015 Vitality New Member Presentation Vitality Presentation

How Vitality Works — Vitality Rewards Other Vitality rewards include: Health club rebates or subsidies Vitality Bucks Access to the Vitality Mall, where you can redeem your Vitality Bucks for: iTunes® codes Amazon.com gift cards Fitness devices Movie passes Charitable donations Your Vitality Status also determines other Vitality rewards, including health club rebates or subsidies and Vitality Bucks. Vitality Bucks work like cash at the online Vitality Mall, where you can reward yourself with items such as iTunes® codes, Amazon.com gift cards, fitness devices and movie passes. By redeeming your bucks for an Amazon.com gift card, you can shop for thousands of fun products, including golfing equipment, perfumes, running shoes and anything else available on Amazon.com. You receive one Vitality Buck for every Vitality Point you earn, and your bucks carry over each year. It’s important to note that you must complete the Vitality Health Review (VHR) once a year to unlock your Vitality rewards, regardless of your Vitality Status. Although the Vitality Bucks and McKesson medical premium savings you earn in one Vitality year carry over to the following year, you won’t be able to use your Vitality Bucks or accumulate additional savings until you take the VHR in the current year. The VHR and Vitality Check biometric screening play a large role in your Vitality experience. Let’s take a look at what they are and why they’re so important. You must complete the VHR once a year in order to unlock your rewards, regardless of your Vitality Status. 2015 Vitality New Member Presentation Vitality Presentation

Vitality Health Review (VHR) The Vitality Health Review (VHR) is a confidential, online questionnaire designed to shed light on the areas of your health that need improving, and the areas that are on the right track. Vitality uses your VHR information to recommend goals and activities, and to calculate your Vitality Age™. Your Vitality Age is a projected estimate of your age based on the most important factors that contribute to good health. Ideally, your Vitality Age should be equal to or lower than your actual age. We encourage you to complete the VHR as soon as possible each year to ensure you receive your Vitality rewards. The VHR is an online questionnaire that helps assess your current health. Vitality uses your VHR results to: Recommend goals and activities Calculate your Vitality Age™ 2015 Vitality New Member Presentation Vitality Presentation

Vitality Check Biometric Screening Measures your: Body Mass Index (BMI) (height, weight, waist circumference) Blood glucose Blood pressure Total cholesterol Cotinine (screening for nicotine) You can earn as much as 4,025 Vitality Points for this activity if all your results fall within a healthy range. The Vitality Check biometric screening is a voluntary health assessment that uses physical measurements and blood tests to determine your Body Mass Index (BMI), blood glucose, blood pressure, total cholesterol and cotinine (or nicotine) level.   Vitality uses the combined results of your VHR and Vitality Check biometric screening to recommend goals and activities tailored to your specific health needs. Your results and personal information are kept strictly confidential. You can earn up to 4,025 Vitality Points for taking the biometric screening — that’s 500 points for completing the screening and up to an additional 3,525 points for receiving results in the healthy range. That’s easily enough points to help you reach a higher Vitality Status. If you’re unable to meet an in-range result, Vitality automatically provides you with an alternative goal, or Reasonable Alternative Standard, to earn the same amount of points as an in-range result. You can find your specific Reasonable Alternative Standard on the Vitality website — under My Profile, click My Goals. If you’re unable to meet in-range results, Vitality automatically provides you with an alternative goal, or Reasonable Alternative Standard, to earn the same amount of points as an in-range result. Learn more at Vitality > My Profile > My Goals. 2015 Vitality New Member Presentation Vitality Presentation
