9 Outcomes In comparing 2014 biometric data to 2016, our population has decreased in BMI, diastolic blood pressure, and total cholesterol. Hoo’s Well has now added more screenings and we will begin to screen every year “I am extremely grateful for the Hoo’s Well program. I am on my way to losing weight, getting active, eating better and taking control of my life without breaking the bank!”

10 Outcomes Our number of tobacco users is steadily decreasing. Hoo’s Well offers comprehensive tobacco cessation programming and medication. Of 2016 respondents 76% (648) report thinking of, planning to, or started the quit process. Active Health conducted a Culture of health Assessment using metrics from the Hero Scorecard to evaluate the impact of Hoo’s Well programs on employee wellness. Because of a commitment to wellness from senior leadership, these three key strengths were identified.
