4. Changes FitTrack is no longer a partner from 2016 You will only have your Fitness Assessment that will contribute towards your additional 20% SAYG fitness discount. If you currently have a FitTrack index it will still contribute to your extra gym discount (i.e members who have a registered FitTrack profile as at 31 December 2015.)

5. Changes The cost of a Fitness Assessment is R260. The cost of the Health Assessment is R115. o Momentum Health clients will have two free HA’s a year. o If you don't have Momentum health or if you are not on a qualifying medical scheme, you will pay for your second HA.

7. Changes There is a new Broker review process The Broker will complete a declaration on MDSonline to confirm that a Broker review has been done. There will be a manual questionnaire for a broker that is not registered with Momentum. The Multiply call center will allocate the points.
