Lessons Learned Include validation team in the very beginning of the project Provide training (product knowledge) to virtual team to facilitate workshops and assist decision making Develop a follow up process after the workshops to ensure commitment to decisions as well as final approval Communicate the project plan and make it visible to all areas that will be affected by the project Develop a process to control the changes and indicate the version of the changes
