Course Description ACS 106 is a theme-based compulsory course for freshman students who have enrolled in this course after the placement test given by the Foreign Languages Unit. ATTENDANCE Students are required to attend classes and examinations. Minimum required attendance is 80% for class sessions per semester, which makes up 18 hours of absence at most.

ATTENDANCE Students who miss an exam will not be given a make- up exam unless they submit an approved medical report or any other official document proving their excuse.

ATTENDANCE Students who exceeds the attendance limit will not be allowed to take the final exam.

GRADING MIDTERM: 25% POP QUIZ (LISTENING): 10% FINAL: 35% SPEAKING: 20 % OVERALL IN-CLASS PERFORMANCE: 10 % ***Passing grade is 45 (DD)
