Faculty Menu  Access advisee information via the Faculty Menu in SageAdvisor.  Student Profile  Student Profile– student contact info, ID number, academic program, account holds, special services (Honors, HEOP, Athlete), co-advisors  Transfer Equivalency Report  Transfer Equivalency Report– shows all transfer credit w/ grades and Sage equivalents  Transcript  Transcript– shows all courses (Sage + transfer) on a single page  Schedule  Schedule– select term + view/print  Grades  Grades– midterm (if available) + final  Program Evaluation  Program Evaluation– (degree audit) shows progress toward degree SageAdvisor

 The evaluation includes anticipated credits that students are either currently taking (IP) and those they are pre-registered for (PR).  Students must complete a minimum of 120 credits (for a Bachelor’s degree), at least 45 of which must be taken at Sage.

 The Evaluation first lists General Education requirements and then major requirements.  Grades for Sage courses are shown on the evaluation and transfer credits are indicated with “TE”.  Note that credits can “double count.” SageAdvisor Note changes in gen ed: WLD WLD 201 satisfy ENG 101, ENG 220, WLD 120 Note changes in gen ed: WLD WLD 201 satisfy ENG 101, ENG 220, WLD 120

 The cumGPA in your major is calculated in the evaluation.  All students must earn a minimum GPA of a 2.2 in their major (some programs have higher requirements) and a 2.0 cumGPA in order to graduate.  Depts may approve of substitutions and waivers for major requirements.  Look for blank lines on your evaluation that indicate if a course is still needed. SageAdvisor

 In addition to major and other gen. ed. requirements, all Sage students must complete a certain number of liberal arts courses, which are identified on the evaluation. – BA degrees: 90 liberal arts cr. – BS degrees: 60 liberal arts cr.  General electives count toward the 120 total credit requirement.  Even if a student has met all major and general education requirements, she can’t graduate without 120 credits. SageAdvisor

 Students can access a Transfer Equivalency Report online to see how their transfer credits were received at Sage.  Courses may transfer in as a Sage equivalent course (FRE 202), as a specific department’s elective (HIS-ELCT), or as general elective credit.  Note: Only credits transfer, not grades.  Students + Advisors should verify that all credit has transferred in appropriately. Depts may sub transfer credit for major requirements. SageAdvisor
