SFT1009 leadership Be responsible A willingness to be accountable for the actions of others under your charge as well as accountable for personal actions

SFT1009 leadership Have good attendance To be there in both mind and body To learn when to “back off” Have a mastery of their skill – something they do very well Leaders use their technical competence as the launching pad for leading others

SFT1009 leadership Not “fool around” Focus on the task Clear focus keeps the enterprise pointed in the right directions and gives followers an unmistakable clear sense of direction

SFT1009 leadership Listen The leader who listens is one who knows what is going on around him listening opens the door to genuine communication as well as improved self-direction
