Sprint Nextel i580 – Replacing a Defective Phone If for whatever reason a phone stops working: Call LifeFlight Communications at Advise them that the phone is not working Take the non-working phone up to LifeFlight Communications office (Helipad Level, VUH) LifeFlight Communications will NOT bring a replacement phone to you. You must take the defective phone to them for replacement LifeFlight Communications will place the SIM card into another phone This new phone will become the permanent phone No need to switch phones again until another problem is experienced
