1. Accessing the Test: Logging In
In your web-browser, go to:
In the middle of the page, click “Existing Clients Log In Here”

This will bring you to the Log In page. Enter your username, password, and account code (if prompted) & click “Log In”:

3. Accessing the Test: Welcome!
This will bring you to your testing home page, it should look like this:
Check to make sure your name
is in the top left corner!
Click on the “Click Here to Take a Test” link

4. Accessing the Test: Choosing Your Test
Review the instructions at the top of the page! When you are ready to begin the test, click on the “3rdQtr2012Test” link under the “Content” area

5. Start Taking the Test!
Review the test name to make sure you have selected the correct test (3rdQtr2012Test). Once you have reviewed the information on this page, click “Start Taking This Test” to begin the test.

6. Taking the Test: Submitting Answers
Respond to each question. Once you have completed each page, click on the “submit-forward” button to move to the next question. Note: For reporting purposes you will not be able to go back and change answers once submitted. Please ensure your answers are final before clicking on the “Submit-Forward” button.

If you need to stop taking the test and continue at a later time, select your answer to the question and click “Stop and Restart Later”

Once you click “Stop and Restart Later”, you will be brought to the following confirmation page. If you decide to return to the test, click “Cancel-Return to Taking This Test”. If you would like to resume at another time, click “Stop Taking”.

9. Taking the Test: Resuming Test
Once you have clicked “Stop Taking”, you will be brought to your tester home page. If you are done for now, log out and return later to resume the test. When you log back in to resume the test, click “Restart or Continue an Unfinished Test or Other Content.”

10. Taking the Test: If Logged Out
If for any reason you are logged out of the system, please log back in to the test and click the “Restart and Continue an Unfinished Test or Other Content” link to resume the test. Please note: the test will “time-out” after twenty minutes of inactivity. You will need to log back in and follow the steps outlined above.

11. Submitting the Test: What to Expect
After you have completed the last question in the test, click on the “Save and Finish” tab. Note: Once you click this tab, you will not be able to go back and change answers.
You will be directed to your score, a certificate to open and print for your records, as well as items missed once you have submitted your test.
Your Testing Manager will receive your detailed test results including both correct and incorrect responses: follow up with your manager!
