EQ involves self-awareness. People with good self-awareness are aware of how their emotions are affecting them and others around them.

What is Emotional Intelligence? EQ is about how we process delayed gratification, fear, anger and anxiety.

Why is EQ so Important? 85% of success is due to EQ. Only 15% is due to IQ.
