Chapter recruitment/retention CNO Involvement Reach out to other ICUs, PCUs, PACU, etc. Raffling a chapter membership/ recruitment event Student involvement- mentoring them/partnering with a board member Certification celebration/ recruitment opportunity Unit/Chapter ambassadors

Chapter Recruitment/Retention Meeting diversity/ online, phone, offering more than just education Assess your member’s needs. Listening is key! Keep all members informed via email, social media, phone calls to those who don’t utilize social media. If funds are available, have board members participate in LDW. (Leadership Development Workshop at NTI)
