Let’s HEAR our students SPEAK Education activities will aim “students’ autonomy support” strategies for changing learning environments within engineering education scale. The mission is about making students acquire efficient skills for Communication, Collaboration, Critical thinking, and Creativity. Young engineering teachers will be aware, through professional development activities, of efficient practices to reach those four C’s competences. 5/5/2019

Present the current situation TISP sessions were organized in Tunisia since 2011. TISP activities target secondary schools teachers and students. TISP activities achieve too much of the good saying « Student Engagement Involves Joyous Effort ». 5/5/2019

Present your plan of activities Two days training activities based essentially on TISP activities: Day_1: Training activities for professional development of 20 young engineering teachers. Day_2: Practical and theoretical modeling activities for 20 engineering students. December 2015 March 2016 August 2016 December 2016 5/5/2019

Budget TISP materials estimated to 100 TD for each session, so it will be 400 TD as TISP fund. Arduino Electronic Cards, actuators, and sensors are the engineering activities resources. Those devices will be reused for each training session. They are estimated to 600 TD Two coffe brakes and lunch for 25 participants for two days. It will approximatly cost 1000 TD All costs constitute the budget of 5000 TD. 5/5/2019
