It MUST be in a bag, labelled with your child’s name and instructions of when to take it and how. If your child is visiting Minstead in January, please have all details and meds (if possible) by Monday 21st If your child is going in February, please bring them in by Friday 1st Feb Please bring your child’s medicine to school on the morning of the trip and hand it in to Mrs Sale/Mr Millard. If your child is put on medication just before the trip please advise us of the above ASAP. We will have a bottle of Calpol/Ibruprofen for any relevant eventuality.

This list may be helpful for packing: Wellingtons Long Sleeved Tops & Long Trousers for activities Waterproofs - coat and trousers (if possible) Fleece or coat Gloves, hat, scarf, extra sweaters Night clothes and slippers Extra socks and underclothing for the week Toiletries 1 Towel, shower cap if you don’t want their hair to get wet Large plastic bag for dirty clothing and spare plastic bags for shoes Small game for free time i.e. top trumps (no electricals) Empty named water bottle Bed time book Please name all belongings clearly even footwear

Children will be carrying their own bags, so please help them pack with that in mind! A ‘hold all’ is a great choice to put everything in.

Other Info Cameras are worth bringing, especially the disposable variety, but children are expected to care for their own property. If they are internet connected cameras – please disable these if possible - pictures for personal use only please. No other valuables or electrical equipment should be brought. Please name all articles, including clothing and underwear, as far as possible and provide a list to help them with their re-packing at the end of the week.

The school staff are responsible for the children when they are NOT participating in activities: over night, before breakfast, at lunchtime, tea time and after evening activities. During the activities – although we will be with the children, we pass the responsibility onto the highly trained staff at Minstead
