Doctoral Coordinators: Committee Review ADMIT Doctoral Coordinators: Committee Review

Committee Review Generally used after applications have been reviewed by individuals and is ready for a committee review. Makes the applications available to selected department faculty members. NOTE: The Admissions Committee for your department will only be able to view the selected application in the Committee Review pool. As with assigning an application to the Faculty Review pool, there are several ways to move an applicant(s) to the Committee Review pool:   Tag From the Application tab, check an applicant’s name(s) – if you want to select more than one at a time, select Tag from the Action dropdown menu. Check the Committee Review tag and click TAG The application(s) will automatically remove from the pool and be sent to the Committee Review pool Review Type To move an individual applicant, double click the applicant’s name from the Application’s tab, which will bring you into the applicant’s file On the right-hand side you will see the Coordinator box From the Review Type checkbox select Committee Review Click the SAVE button Drag From the Application tab, check an applicant’s name(s) – if you want to select more than one at a time You can now drag the applicant(s) to the Committee Review pool NOTE: The application(s) will also REMAIN in the current pool. To remove the application from the pool in which you are working, use the Remove action from the Action dropdown.

Committee Review Notes on Committee Review The selected application(s) are now available to be viewed by the Admissions Committee Committee members may review the applications in Admit or Admit Reader Committee members may use the Faculty Evaluations tab to input their reviews Committee members may access all evaluations via the Shared Evaluations tab
