1 Doctoral Coordinators: PDFs & Reports ADMIT

2 PDFs PDF versions of the applications and the supporting documents (i.e. Essays, Recommendations, Transcripts) can be accessed individually or in batches. To Access Individual PDFs 1) Check an individual applicant from the pool in which you are working.

3 PDFs 2) From the Action dropdown, select PDF A PDF of the application and materials will generate in a new window.

4 PDFs To Access PDF Batches Similar to the above step for individual PDFs, check the range of applicants PDFs you would like to access, select PDF from the Action dropdown, and the PDFs will be downloaded to a zip drive on your computer. Note: The downloaded PDS will not be automatically merged together. To merge PDFs, you may use Adobe Acrobat from your local computer. Alternatively, you may request the Doctoral Programs office merge PDFs and send to you via Secure Share. Note: It is recommended not to batch more than fifty (50) PDFs at a time.

5 Reports Doctoral Coordinators may want to see a spreadsheet of all applicant data to compare and contrast. Coordinators (and designated staff) may create or clone reports in Admit. Reports are pool-specific; meaning, reporting criteria will only display applicants within the pool the report is being run. All departments have access to the top-level report named 2015C All Applicants. This canned report will display all applicants who submitted an application to your department and all data from their application. The report can be downloaded as a CSV file to your local computer.

6 Reports To Access the 2015C All Applicants Report: 1) Click on the Report tab >> Report Builder >> Other Users’ Reports >> 2015C All Applicants

7 Reports 2) A spreadsheet will pop open will all applicants’ current data 3) Click download to access a CSV file You may also save the CSV file as a local file on your computer or request the file be sent by the Doctoral Programs office via Secure Share. As the admissions season progresses, you may require additional reports or alternative reports.

8 Reports To Create A Report 1) Click on Report >> Report Builder >> New

9 Reports 2) Build the report based on the required criteria 1.The example above is looking for Applicants from the US. a)Name: Apps from US b)Match All (Meaning, show all the applicants that math this field) i.Country of Citizenship >>Equals >>United States c) Column (Meaning, show me this data about the applicants) i.First Name ii.Last Name 2.Be sure to click SAVE before exiting the report. 3.Click Build Report to see results, which can be downloaded to a CSV file.
