2. Opening First of all you’ll need to open the program
Go to the start menu
Click the search bar
Type in “Photoshop” then click Adobe Photoshop CS3
The icon should look like this 

3. New File Now you’ll need to make a file to work with
Start by selecting “File” in the top left corner, then select “New”
Click the white bar where it says “Name” in the dialogue box
Now input what you would like to call it, then select “OK”

4. Saving The next thing we want to do is save the file
Select “File” again, but this time select “Save as”
In the dialogue box select your location in which you’d like to save the file then select “Save”

5. Adding Pictures
To add pictures, you must first save the picture(s) you want to edit to a place where you can easily find them.
Back in Photoshop, select the File tab and find “Place” on the list.
Click on it, and then find and select the picture(s) you want to edit, and click Place.
Now drag the picture(s) to the desired location, right click, and then click Place.

6. Congratulations! You’re on your way to creating some great things with Photoshop such as the one below
