1 Creating and Sending Saved Messages

2 What to expect? Creating a saved message is an intuitive and simple process. Saved messages are built to be sent to one contact at a time. If you are trying to send the same message to multiple contacts at once you will need to use the group message option. The title of the saved message will NOT be sent with the text.

3 How do I create a saved message?
The “Saved Message” option can be found in the tool bar on the top left of your texting page. It has the small envelope icon beside it. In this photo it is annotated by the green oval.

4 How do I create a saved message?
When you click on the “Saved Messages” tab a dialogue box showing all of your current saved messages will appear. Note: You can use ${fname} and the app will automatically fill in your clients first name when the message is sent. Click on the “+Add” button to create a new message. You will be able to title your saved message for yourself as the user. You can then enter your desired text and click “Save”. Your message will be added to the list of all your saved messages.

5 How do I send a saved message?
The “Saved Messages” icon is a small envelope. In the bottom right corner of the text messaging box you will see a handful of different icons. Click on the small envelope in the right hand corner.

6 How to send a saved message?
Once you have clicked on the small envelope a dialogue box will appear with a drop down menu. You can go through your list of saved messages a select the one you would like to send.

7 How to send a saved message?
Once you click on the saved message you would like to use, the app will automatically put the message in your text message box. You can then edit the message any way you like and send it to your contact.
