TWO OPTIONS SESSIONS WITH ABSTRACTS – READ BELOW When the session is entered into the system you must know the presenters for the session and add them under the author/presenter tab. Then when you get to the abstract part of the submissions you have two options. The person who submits the session can add the abstract one of two ways; They can click on each presenting author name and add the individual abstract for that presenter. Once complete, you will see a green check mark appear next to their name. They can prompt an author to login to complete their own abstract upload. The session submitter clicks the blue communication bubble icon next to the presenting authors name. This will send the presenting author an email invitation to login to this specific session and add their abstract. If an author submits a single abstract it cannot be connected to a session with abstracts. The author should delete the single abstract and have the session organizer use one of the options above. Note- Deadline is the same June 5th so do not wait to the last minute.

Option 1 - person uploading session click on presenting authors name and add the abstract to the system.

Option 2- person uploading the session clicks on the blue bubble next to the presenting authors name and that author receives a e-mail with direct link to this session so they can add the abstract directly. Once you click on the blue bubble you will see this message under the presenters name
