THINGS TO REMEMBER Once your voice mail is downloaded by e-mail, the “Message Waiting” on your phone will turn off. Once your e-mail has downloaded your voice mails to your PC, you will receive a message that you do not have any new voice mails on the system if you login to your voice mail via phone. If you are away from your desk, it is recommended you check your voice mail periodically for new voice mails.
