Human Resources Department Changes From Prior Year Budget From FY 2017/18 The Human Resources Department was established as an independent City department (formerly part of the Administrative Services Department) A Director of Human Resources position was established and the Assistant Director position was re-titled The Risk Manager position was removed from the Executive group One FTE Management Analyst was reallocated from Finance to Human Resources Labor negotiations with all nine (9) employee associations
