FRIDAY 12th January Information meeting

Before we leave Be at school between 9.30- 10.15 You can obviously come to school earlier at normal time when the gates open, if children do this they will be in their classrooms until we start collecting them at 9.30. Please can we have no children at school later than 10.15. Be at school between 9.30- 10.15 Before we leave

During the day Make sure you bring plenty of food and drink to have Rucksacks will be quite heavy and full of food and drink, but they really won't be carrying them for long so don't worry! It is better to have too much than not enough. Stick a label on your child's rucksack if you can so that we know who it belongs to. Disposable bags are better than hard packed lunch boxes. Make sure you bring plenty of food and drink to have During the day

Doors open from 6pm The evening concert

Extra checks will be in place this year as mentioned in your letter pack. Security checks

Arriving home How we let you know we are We think a 10.30pm arrival time at school is very very optimistic! But we will keep you posted on twitter and facebook @Mrs_J_Knight or @Stjamescofe with where we are in the traffic etc Please have a back up plan for collecting your child in case you are also travelling back from Birmingham and are a long way behind us How we let you know we are Arriving home

For all your time and effort... Thank you!!

When does the show end? Concert time finishes roughly at 9.15 Parent questions When does the show end? Concert time finishes roughly at 9.15 Are children allowed mobile phones? No thank you in case they get lost or stolen. We are tweeting and facebooking information if you are not on this maybe ask another parental pass on any travel information. My child wants to wear jeans, can they? Must wear young Voices t shirt or white t shirt and school jumper so we can keep an eye on them throughout the day. Dark bottoms make most sense so we suggest maybe school trouser or school skirts and their school shoes etc may be a good idea so no fussing in the morning. When do we get the tickets? Tickets are given out now any not collected please see Mrs Knight ASAP for them. How can we keep updated? Loads of great information is on the Young Voices website, including parking info, DVD orders, photo info etc so check it out!
