Welcome to Employee Self Service PLEASE NOTE: The purpose of this presentation is to introduce your employees to the features and benefits of Employee Self Service. It is NOT intended to train them on how to use Employee Self Service. <start of presentation> The purpose of today’s presentation is to introduce you to Employee Self Service. Employee Self Service is an exciting service that gives you immediate access to personal, payroll, and benefit information. We hope you’ll be as happy and excited about this new service as we are! <Client’s welcome – your additional introduction information>

What is Employee Self Service? A web-based service that gives employees direct access to their personal and company information Employee Self Service is a web-based service that allows you to access employee and company information from your work or home computer at any time. As an employee, you will have a “window” into ADP’s HR/Benefits Solution via Employee Self Service.

How Employee Self Service Can Help You Access your benefits and HR information 24x7 - from anywhere you have an Internet connection No need to call your HR department to review your information Save time during open enrollment Employee Self Service allows you to access your information 24x7 from anywhere. You don’t need to call the HR or payroll department to find out the current status of your employee information. You can save time during open enrollment and make decisions about your benefits while at home. We think you’ll enjoy using Employee Self Service to manage your life events, benefits, and time off information.

With Employee Self Service… You can manage: Benefits Enroll in benefit plans View benefit statements Access benefit plan information and links to benefits providers Personal Information View or change personal information Record life event changes With Employee Self Service, you can do the following <refer to slide>

Personal Information… Note: Your Self Service page may look different. You can easily access and change your personal information, such as home address and emergency contacts. Note: Your Self Service page may look different.

Benefits… Note: Your Self Service page may look different. You can view your compensation and benefits information. You can compare your benefit plans and review/change your beneficiary information. You can access benefit plan information, forms, holiday information, company policies, etc. Instead of having to contact HR or your manager, this information is always available to you.

Work Information… Note: Your Self Service page may look different. You can review work information, such as contact information, date of hire, and completed/scheduled performance reviews.

Directory… Note: Your Self Service page may look different. You can view your organization’s directory, which displays employee’s work contact information.

Time Off Balances… Note: Your Self Service page may look different. You can review your time off balances and your organization’s time off policies.

Time Off Requests… Note: Your Self Service page may look different. And of course, you can request time off.

Team Calendar… Note: Your Self Service page may look different.

Life Events… Note: Your Self Service page may look different. You can also make life event changes, such as adding a spouse or a child.

Open Enrollment… Note: Your Self Service page may look different. You can enroll in and change your benefit plans easily during open enrollment.

Communications… Note: Your Self Service page may look different. You can send messages to your administrator and view the status of requests you made in Employee Self Service.

Company Guide… Note: Your Self Service page may look different. The Company Guide contains all kinds of information that you will find useful. You can access benefit plan information, forms, holiday information, company policies, etc. Instead of having to contact HR or your manager, this information will always be at your fingertips. <Note: If your organization changed the label for the Company Guide (for example, to “HR Policies”), you should mention this change to your employees.>

Employee Self Service - Benefits Real-time access to HR and benefit information Ability to complete a variety of activities without contacting your HR department Reduced paperwork with online information We think you’ll agree that there are many benefits with Employee Self Service. You’ll have real-time access to your information on a 24x7 basis from anywhere. You can perform a variety of activities and won’t need to contact HR or payroll. And, with Employee Self Service, because your information is accessible online, there is less paperwork for you to complete.
