1 SuccessFactors - Frequently Asked Questions FAQs Question: I don't have easy access to a computer at work. What other options do I have? Answer: SuccessFactors can be accessed from any location that has an internet connection so you are able to use different types of devices such as an iPad, laptop, desktop computer, tablet or mobile device. If you don’t have ready access to a desktop computer but you do have a iPhone or Android phone, iPad or Android tablet you can get access to your SuccessFactors information and a selection of tasks via the “Standard” or “Leave” Apps. Question: How do I know my information is safe? Answer: Woolworths is committed to protecting the information that you enter into SuccessFactors. Your personal information is only accessible to those with specific system permission to see it. This is usually limited to Payroll Specialists and/or your line manager. It is important you keep your password confidential to avoid others accessing your personal information. If you are using a shared computer, make sure that you always log out of SuccessFactors – don’t just close the browser. If you are ever concerned about the security of your information you should discuss this with your line manager or contact People Advisory via the “Get Help” link on the WOW People Portal. Question: How do I log into SuccessFactors? Answer: You can access SuccessFactors by typing www.woolworthslimited.com.au/successfactors into your web browser. Enter your payroll number (your payroll number can be found on your payslip) and then enter your password. If you are accessing for the first time, or you forget your password, use the password reset function to set your password.www.woolworthslimited.com.au/successfactors Question: I don’t know my password, or I can’t remember my password. What do I do? Answer: If you are accessing the system for the first time or you can’t remember your password use the password reset link on the login screen of SuccessFactors. This will send an email with reset instructions to the email address we have linked to your account. If you don’t receive an email or you don’t think you have an email registered you could ask your line manager to check your Personal Information in the system to see what email address is registered. Your line manager can edit this too if it is wrong. When you initiate a password reset you need to action the instructions within 30 minutes otherwise you will need to initiate another reset. If all else fails, contact the IT service desk on 1800 008 584 (Option 3 for Stores and Option 4 for Warehouse/Support Office) to assist you in resetting your account. Have your payroll number ready so they can identify you for security purposes. Question: I am unable to get into SuccessFactors. What do I do? Answer: If you are not able to access SuccessFactors contact the IT Service Desk on 1800 008 584 (Option 3 for Stores and Option 4 for Warehouse/Support Office). Accessing and Logging into SuccessFactors Updating Personal Information Question: How do I update my personal information? Answer: After logging in locate the “My Info” tile and click on the cog on the right hand side of the screen. A menu will appear and you will find Personal Information under the Go To column. Once you’ve navigated to your Personal Information screen you can review your details and update them via the “Edit” option. Once you have updated the information click on Save. Note: You can edit your profile photo on the “Public Profile” page. If you’re stuck on a screen inside SuccessFactors, look for the “?” symbol on that screen for help and links to support materials

2 SuccessFactors - Frequently Asked Questions FAQs Question: How do I apply for leave? Answer: Leave that needs to be requested within the current pay week must be managed in Kronos, not SuccessFactors. However, leave for future weeks can be requested in SuccessFactors after discussing with your line manager. After logging in, locate the My Time/Pay Transactions tile and click “Leave Management”. Click the Request Leave radio button. Complete the form information and click save. Once you click “Save” it will automatically send the request to your manager for approval. Question: Why does my leave balance look different to my previous payslip? Answer: Once you apply for leave in SuccessFactors, your leave balance will be immediately reduced by the amount you have requested. If you cancel any leave requests, the amount will be re-credited as soon as your manager approves the cancellation. Question: Why does my leave appear as a negative balance? Answer: The ability to apply for leave for a date in the future when you will have accrued more leave means that sometime your leave balance may show a negative balance. This simply means that while you don’t have the accrual for that future leave today, by the time you reach the leave period, you will have accrued enough. Each week, you will notice that this negative amount will decrease and move towards a positive balance. Question: Why won’t the system let me apply for leave? Answer: The system will not let you apply for leave in the future if you will not have enough balance, or if you already have a leave request record for the date you have requested. If you have booked future leave, but you need to take leave much sooner than anticipated, you may need to cancel your future leave request. After the cancellation is approved and your balance is re-credited, you can then try booking your unexpected leave, followed by your original planned leave, in that order (assuming you’ll have enough balance for both of course). Leave Question: How do I access my payslip? Answer: There are two ways to find your payslip. You’ll find the “Payroll” option in the “My Time/Pay Transactions tile – click on this to access your payslip. You can go to the “My Info” tile and click on the cog on the right hand side of the tile, where you will find the “Payroll” option under the Go To column. When you click on Payslips, your most recent Payslip will be displayed. If you want to view a different pay period you can click the arrows above the payslip. Options to print and save a payslip will also appear when you move your mouse over the payslip viewing window. Note: Payslips for any pays prior to you coming into SuccessFactors will need to be accessed via AllYours. Question: Why does my pay slip look different? Answer: With the introduction of a new payroll system, this means that your payslip also changes. Most things should be easier to interpret. Refer to the Payslip Infographic or the Quick Reference Card available in the WOW People Portal for more information. The Year To Date (YTD) information showing on your payslip will be based on the date your Division went live on the new payroll system. You will need to add the information from your previous payslips that are accessed through AllYours. Payslips You’ll find a range of useful support materials on the WOW People Portal at wowpeople.woolworths.com.au/sfhelp You’ll need to use your active Google+ account to access the WOW People Portal. You can follow the instructions to activate from the login page.
