2 ADP Retirement Services ADP Retirement Services Webinar Review and Update  Webinar Presentation  Sessions were conducted by CES, The Noble Group and ADP.  Introduced Cheri Payne at The Noble Group  Employee Consultant  Assist employees with long term investment strategies by reviewing an overall picture of their current financial state, the time they have to invest and their goals at retirement age.  They will give employees investment advice according to the results of their discussion.  Shared Fiduciary  Required to follow guidelines governed by ERRISA mandates of a fiduciary roll i.e.: participate in invest committee to analyze funds once a quarter and replace any sub par funds. Monitor the record keeper (ADP) to ensure we have the a sound an adequate plan.  Assist CES in monitoring plan according to DOL and IRS rules.

3 ADP Retirement Services  ADP  Reviewed Enrollment Booklet in detail.  In depth demonstration of the ADP 401k Self Service Website.  Allows employees to change their contribution rates at any time.  Change their invest directives.  Tracks beneficiaries.  Allows employees to analyze their accounts and monitor funds through Morningstar.  All new enrollments will be completed on-line.  Blackout Period Status  Assets were transferred on 5/14. All accounts stayed invested at all times.  Currently waiting on data from the Standard, we receive status updates about once a week.

11 HR Benefit Solutions HRB Employee Access  Personal Data Management  Employees can view and manage data such as contact information, W4 exemptions and life events. As records are updated in HRB they are also updated in Pay Expert in real time.  Some changes require approval as assigned by the request. The appropriate party is notified by e-mail as well as an approval alert pop up window when they sign on to HRB.  Employees can manage dependants, beneficiaries and emergency contacts.

13  Benefit Data  Benefit plan descriptions and premiums are accessible in Employee Access.  Employees will go to HRB to enroll or decline benefits or submit qualifying life events to change benefit elections.  HRB enables employees to view the status of benefit enrollment and the premium deduction for each plan elected.  Open Enrollment for the 2011 plan year will be accessed and managed through HRB.  HRB sends all deduction amounts directly to payroll and then to the insurance carrier along with dependant and beneficiary information.

14 HR Benefit Solutions  Compensation and Performance  Employees can view current and historical compensation rates.

15 HR Benefit Solutions  Performance reviews, development plans, improvement plans as well as personal goals can be accessed under the “Talent” tab in HRB.

16 HR Benefit Solutions  Timelines and calendars associated with development or improvement plans are available for both employee and manager to follow together.  Allows employees to update their objectives set forth in their reviews.  Employee and supervisor can build and manage training plans and certifications together.  All performance, development and improvement plans will be built into HRB as a template and will no longer require a form.  Empowers employees to take proactive roll in their own career path.

17 HR Benefit Solutions How Does This Benefit You So Far?  Communications  Utilizing HRB to design individual development plans ensures that managers and employees are effectively working together towards the same goal.  HRB will alert you when performance plans for new hires and annual performance reviews are due.  Increases efficient time management allowing more time to focus on employee communications.  HRB provides you with team calendars and allows all team members to access and view those calendars.

21  Performance and Talent Tracking  HRB will automatically alert you 2 weeks before performance plan for new hires are due as this date is entered when their record is created.  Schedules annual performance reviews.  Reviews will include current template information listing job descriptions and competencies.

22 HR Benefit Solutions  Allows you to design development plan and track objective and goals with employee.  Employee can comment and update their goals through out the length of the plan.  Compensation Views  Employees and managers can view current and historical compensation data.

25 HR Benefit Solutions  Job Titles  Employees are assigned a job title which is list in employee summary view.  Both managers and employees can view job structures associated with their job title which include:  Job description  List of competencies  Next two logical progression positions  Required Education and Certifications

26 HR Benefit Solutions  Audit Trails  The events tab will allow you to view all activity in HRB for this record. It will show you the date and time the activity took place and who entered the data.

27 HR Benefit Solutions  Reporting and Directories  Managers are able to see contact information for direct and indirect reports only. Name, work e-mail address, and work cell phone will be available for the entire company. If your job requires you to have a full directory please contact Sheena.  Default Reports Templates can be used as is or edited for further customization and saved to your favorite templates.

28 HR Benefit Solutions  Reports can be designed from scratch and scheduled to run to your specifications.  You can maintain up to 80 custom reports saved in your favorites.

29 HR Benefit Solutions  Point of Record  HRB is now the point of record for all employee personnel and payroll data.  Data flows one way, from HRB to Pay Expert in real time.  Carrier connections will allow us to transfer employee benefit information or benefit changes directly to each carrier at the end of the work day.  Security  Employee personnel data will be accessed through HRB only. E-mail will no longer be an acceptable method to send personnel documentation.
