2 Friends, mytransworld.com is a new initiative by the CHRD to streamline HR processes within TGC. This is a web-based user-friendly system and all that you require to use the system is a browser (IE), Internet connectivity, and of course the spirit to make this online initiative a success!

3 Click on the Login button.
Just type in the Address bar of your browser. Click on the Login button.

4 Please note that the password has to be in CAPS
In this screen, type in your Username and Password. (your employee id is your username and password to begin with. e.g. tgc1234) Please note that the password has to be in CAPS

5 Here, you are asked to change your password, so that it is not misused by anyone. Please ensure that you remember this new password.

The main page has a Poll. You can cast your vote by selecting any one of the radio buttons. Click on ‘vote & view to check the result immediately.

You can also see a list of employees whose Birthday it is today. If you wish to send a greeting, click on the employee name.

12 View the details, select a birthday card from the list provided, enter a message of your choice, and press the Send button. The recipient will see your greeting in his zone, when he logs in to mytranworld.com under "Greetings for you"

13 Let us now take a look at some of the important links on the left bar

14 Click on Org Structure

15 Click on Modules to return to the Home Page
This screen shows your Position in the organisation and reporting structure. Click on Modules to come back to the Home Page Click on Modules to return to the Home Page

16 Personal File

17 Click on Personal File in the left bar.

18 Click on the Proceed button.
You will see this Help screen which explains the components of your Personal File. Click on the Proceed button.

19 The screen that comes up first has your Personal Details.
This has information such as your Basic Personal Info Statutory Data Medical Data Language Skills Extra Curricular Activities Membership of Clubs In these screens, you are expected to enter correct information wherever required. Please note that those fields which are marked with a red * have to be necessarily filled in.

20 Enter the details which are not already there.
This is the Personal Details screen. Enter the details which are not already there.

21 Click on the Update button when you finish.

22 Then Click on Statutory Data in the sub-folder bar.

23 Click on the Update button after you have entered the statutory data

24 Then Click on Medical Data in the sub-folder bar.

25 Click on the Update button when you finish.

26 Next, click on Language Skills in the sub-folder bar.

27 Click on the Insert button

28 Enter the details in this screen and click on the Save button when you finish.

29 To Change the details under Language Skills click on Edit

30 Click on the Update button after the changes are made.

31 You can Delete a record if required by clicking on the Delete button

32 Confirm the deletion in this screen.

33 Then Click on Extra Curricular Activities in the sub-folder bar.

34 Click on the Insert button

35 Enter the details and click on the Save button.

36 To Change any details under Extra Curricular Activities Click on Edit

37 Click on the Update button to save the changes.

38 Then Click on Membership of Club / Org
Then Click on Membership of Club / Org. / Institutes in the sub-folder bar.

39 Insert button to key in the details
Click on the Insert button to key in the details

40 Click on the Save button when you finish.

41 Use the Edit option to make changes

42 With this the Personal Details are complete.
We will now move on to Contact Details, which has information such as your Current Address & Permanent Address Emergency Contact Domicile

43 Click on Contact Details from the folders on top.

44 Enter the missing details and click on the Update button to save this info

45 Click on Emergency Contact in the sub-folder bar.

46 Use the Insert button to add as many contacts as may be required

47 Click on the Save button when you finish.

48 Use the Edit option to make changes if any

49 Use the Update button to save the changes.

50 Click on Domicile in the sub-folder bar.

51 Click on the Insert button

52 Click on the Save button when you are done.

53 Use the Edit option to make changes if required

54 With this the Contact Details are complete.
We will now move on to Family Details, which has information such as your Father’s Info Mother’s Info Sibling Info Spouse Info Childrens’ Info Dependents’ Info Relatives in TGC

55 Click on Family Details from the folders on top.

56 Fill in your Father’s Info and click on the Update button.

57 Click on Mother’s Info in the sub-folder bar.

58 Again, enter the info required and save it by clicking on the Update button

59 Click on Sibling's Info in the sub-folder bar.

60 Insert option to put in all the details
Use the Insert option to put in all the details

61 Click on the Save button when you finish.

62 To make changes in your entries, use the Edit option.

63 Click on Spouse’s Info in the sub-folder bar.

64 Enter the details of your spouse and click on the Update button to save the details.

65 Click on Children’s Info in the sub-folder bar.

66 Use the Insert option to enter the details about your Children

67 Click on the Save button when you finish adding the details.

68 You may want to Insert another record or make changes to the existing one.

69 Click on the Update button when you finish.

70 Click on Dependent's Info in the sub-folder bar.

71 Provide details of your dependents by clicking on the Insert button

72 Click on the Save button after entering Dependent details.

73 As always, use the Edit option to make any changes

74 Click on the Update button when you are done with the changes

75 Click on Relatives in TGC in the sub-folder bar.

76 Click on the Insert button

77 Provide the relevant details and Save your record.

78 The Edit option allows you to make changes

79 Click on the Update button when you are done with the changes

80 With this the Family Details are complete.
We will now move on to Education Details, which has information such as your Academic / Professional Qualification Other Courses (tenure less than 1 year) Training Achievements

81 Click on Education Details from the folders on top.

82 Enter the missing details and use the
Insert option to add new details.
