Audit Information Completed on September 18th Found all books to be complete and accurate! Motion to Accept Audit! MOTION: Based on the review, by CPA, Teresa Dragoo, of the Forestville Elementary School PTA’s financial transactions for the period of July 1, 2015 – June 30, 2016, and the approval of the PTA Executive Committee on Thursday, September 22, 2016, I would like to motion that we adopt the audit report and close out the books for the 2015-2016 school year. Long-Term Budget Projections & Planning We are beginning our fiscal year with a combined balance of $ 28,424.86 After the small deficit budget for the year, this would leave us with a projected ending balance of $25,426.16 which positions us well to address potential lost revenue during the renovation and post-renovation funding needs.
