6. 12 November 2013 LTE General PTA Meeting REPORT OF THE EXECUTIVE BOARD - Melissa Nelson, President Executive Board met on October 29th, with quorum present. Actions requiring further action of PTA: – Karina Machnacki stepped down as Parliamentarian. We thank her for many years on the board. The board voted in Shelly Penner as our new Parliamentarian. We also need the approval of the PTA members. –Motion to approve Shelly Penner as the 2013-2014 LTE PTA Parliamentarian. Motion - Ferree Rhodes 2nd - Linda Briscoe Discussion, Motion passed.

7. 12 November 2013 LTE General PTA Meeting Report of Vice President, Membership - Lara Anton 2013-2014 Membership Drive Totals: –Total Members: 352 –Faculty/Staff Members: 97% Faculty, 65% Staff –Membership Cards have been distributed. Contact Lara Anton if you did not get one.

Please sign up to help on the PTA website. –Thanks to everyone who participated. Numbers are being finalized, but right now we are close to $9,200 for LTE.
