When you hit “Save As” when saving a document, you will see this menu come down. OneDrive- OneDrive is cloud storage service from Microsoft all students have access to provided by SSU. You can save any documents here, and access them on or off-campus. You can also go to “Browse” to save to your computer or USB flash drive Note: Any work you do while using SSU Apps Anywhere will be gone after you log off, so be sure to save it!

After you hit Browse, this box will open up. Here you can save files to your USB flash drive, which will be indicated as “Removable Media” always You also can save files directly to your computer. Locate the “Local Disk C” drive on the left-hand side menu, this is your actual computer.

Once you open the “Local Disk C” drive, you will see a series of folders. Open the folder labeled “Users” and open the folder with your computer account name. Once you open this folder you can save files to either your “My Documents” or “Desktop” folders. (See Next Slide)
