Prove that you can receive an WITH an attachment, open it AND save the attachment to your user area.
Open the with the attachment.
Right-mouse click and choose ‘open’ (take a screen shot to show doing this).
Take another screen shot to show the opened attachment.
Look at the following slide as an example.
