Recruiting people for Organisations Description of course The main purpose of the course is to develop and proctiser skills in selcting and recruiting employees

Some questions to think about What does a company do when it needs more employees? What procedures are involved? What changes are made inside the company? What happens to the new employee? There are 7 steps in the recruitment process

The Recruitment process 1: Identify the vacancy 2: Do a job analysis 3: Write a job description 4: Write a job specification 5: Advertise the job 6: Shortlist the applicants 7: Conduct selection interviews

1: Identify the vacancy The Ashco company requires a new Customer sales representative in Al Ain

2: Do a job analysis Collect information about the job What are the duties? What skills are needed? What equipment or machinery is used? What training or knowledge is needed?

7:Conduct selection interviews Select time, date and place for interview Decide how many interviewers Invite the short listed applicants Prepare closed and open questions Listen carefully to each applicant Find out as much as you can about them Explain the conditions of the job Tell them when a decision will be made
