Theme 1 – Things to do and Places to go Projects with challenges Family fun days / Dadtastic (Children’s Centre) Toy / book library – no demand Basketball hoop area – no demand / superseded by skatepark Big Kirk Hallam Games – lack of delivery partner Get Growing Community garden – capacity of delivery partner Evergreens project – delivery partner / demand

Theme 2 – Access and the Environment Welcome signs/ planters/ youth shelters all moved to years 3 and 4 to link in with the Skate Park Trailblazer – priorities / guidelines changed at KHCA making this project undeliverable

Challenges moving forward Delivery partners Mainstream funding threats Community Engagement Capacity of Partnership Group Lack of delivery partners Relationship building with delivery partners, keep in regular contact so early indications if a project is struggling Mainstream funding threats – lack of capacity for projects, lack of delivery partners, Community engagement – looking at different ways can interact with the community – meeting on school premises at end of school day, young people through youth club, old people warm welcome club. Messages from dallimore intergenerational project. Partnership – look at how we can attract new members; as part of review revisited partnership group agreement and values, work with delivery partners. Great we have a keen and commited young person on the group
