I am primarily a Lion Independent, leader, in control Big picture Action oriented, strong willed Cool, dependable and competitive Decisive, determined Clear Sense of urgency, uses time effectively Concise Allowable Weaknesses Demanding or aggressive Intolerant Impatient Under pressure – Lions can be forceful – assertive can become aggressive

I am primarily an Owl Detailed and precise, conscientious Intellectual, structured Disciplined Methodical Systematic, logical Cautious in actions & decisions Consistent, controlled Perfectionist Allowable Weaknesses Hard to please (perfectionist) Sceptical rather than creative Resists change, Slow decision making Under pressure owls can become passive aggressive; all right, you asked for it. I will NOT do that, but I won’t let you know that I’m not doing it until it’s too late for you to get any-one else to do it…

I am primarily a Monkey Energetic, enthusiastic, excited Expressive, Stimulated, innovative Talkative, engaging, loud People oriented, socialiable Creative, adaptable Highly interactive, engaged Cheerful, inspiring Allowable Weaknesses Exaggerates, generalises Impatient, lack of detail Inconsistent Under pressure monkeys talk. They can be exhausting to be around and occasionally can become overbearing – dominating all conversation at a dinner party where they are uncomfortable for example!
