3 A DiSC style is …. about behaviour – not personality about diversity – there is no ‘best’ style a preference can become more extreme when under pressure is driven by the context we find ourselves in i.e. typically we’ll behave differently in a rock concert than at a board meeting © 2009 Susan Kroening & Associates
