LOGGING INTO E-FAX SYSTEM Go to ‘companyname.jwt.goavdpbx.com’ 2. If you get the ‘Your Connection Is Not Private’ screen please click on ‘ADVANCED’

LOGGING INTO E-FAX SYSTEM 3. Click on ‘Proceed to company.jwt.goavdpbx.com’. This will take you to the login screen.

LOGGING INTO E-FAX SYSTEM Go to ‘companyname.jwt.goavdpbx.com’ Login w/ your username & password

NAVIGATING THE PORTAL Navigate to the Fax server ‘Apps’ -> ‘Fax Server’

SENDING A FAX 1. Click New

2. Complete the cover sheet information. a. The Fax Number and Fax File(s) are REQUIRED fields. b. The Fax File(s) MUST be a PDF or it will not be sent. 3. When you are ready to send your fax. You have the option to Preview your fax or Send your fax (See buttons on lower right corner of screen).

ACCESSING YOUR INBOX Click Inbox

INBOUND FAX LIST Your inbound eFax's are typically sent directly to an individual or groups email(s), but if not you can find them listed here. The Back button will take you back to the previous screen.

SENT FAX LIST Your sent eFax's will be listed here. The Back button will take you back to the previous screen.

ACCESSING FAX LOGS Your eFax logs will be listed here. The Back button will take you back to the previous screen.
