YOU’VE GOT MAIL

Your mail box key You are assigned a mail box or unit number, this is where your mail is put. Your mailbox key is the way you access your mail, you keep the key until you will no longer be a student at Messiah. At that point, turn it back in at the Campus Post Office service window so you are not assessed a fine. Remember to have your key with you when you come to check your mail, we will not get your mail for you unless your key is inside your mail box. Remember to always remove your key after you have checked your mail. You may share a mailbox with at least one other student (if there are items in your box that are not yours, please leave them there for your mailbox partner.) There is a $25.00 replacement fee for a lost key (if you need a new one, go to the Campus Post Office window. The fee is added to your tuition account.)

MAIL BOX COURTESY CHECK YOUR MAIL BOX OFTEN, A COUPLE DAYS A WEEK. PLEASE KEEP YOUR MAIL BOX CLEAN AND EMPTY. THIS ALLOWS US TO PUT YOUR MAIL AND YOUR BOX MATES MAIL INTO THE MAIL BOX.

Where can I find campus mail addresses? You can find campus mail addresses by using the search feature in MC Square You can find campus mail addresses by using the directories found in MC Square You can also find them in the Outlook email address book.

Where can I buy postage? The Post Office sells stamps and does metering for outgoing USPS packages. We accept cash, checks or Falcon Dollars only. We cannot accept credit or debit cards. We are also a UPS drop off location. You may bring your pre –labeled packages to us.
