New Online Event & Campsite Registration System
Introducing a NEW way to register for events online and to reserve your campsites with the click of your mouse or straight from your phone!

Event Registration The new online event registration will be somewhat the same as in the past with some added features and new mobile accessibility. To get to the online Council Calendar log onto and click on “Events” and then “Calendar”. You can also go to specific sites where events are listed in more detail, such as Cub Scout Resident Camp, Fall Festival, Trainings, etc.

Council Calendar Your landing page will look like this and events will appear in a list order per date. To search for events, you can click the magnifying glass “search” feature and type in the event you are searching for by key words. You can also filter events by camp, categories (trainings, activities, etc.) or district. You can also generate a calendar feed for Apple, Outlook, Google, etc. to place in your calendar or you can subscribe to the council calendar and events that you filter will show up in your personal calendar (i.e. Filtering to all OA events and generating a calendar feed will allow all OA events to show in your calendar)

Council Calendar To view in a more traditional month view simply click “month” You can still apply filters and they will be shown in the month view of the calendar.

Council Calendar To get a snapshot of the event simply hover over the event and receive a summary. To find out more detailed information or to register for that event simply click on that event.

Event Registration When in the event registration page you can view detailed information about the event, see contact information, the location (and link to a map) and other information such as a printable flyer or medical forms, roster pages, etc.). To register simply click “Register” found in multiple locations.

Event Registration Simply follow instructions to sign up for an event.

Event Registration You can sign up as a Guest or login with a myRoster Account. The myRoster Account will save you time for your next event and will remember many of your choices, including your unit number, your billing information, etc. This feature will save time when registering your unit for multiple events. If you are just a one-time user for an event you can register as a guest.

Event Registration When registering for an event (individually or as a unit) you will need to know your unit type (Pack, Troop, Crew, Post) and your unit number. When choosing your Unit number a drop down list will appear and show all units in the Indian Nations Council matching your unit type along with the Charter Partner (i.e. if you are a Troop then it will show all troops in the INC) You can search by district, typing in certain numbers of your unit number (in this example type in “99” and it shows all Troops that contain “99” in their number.

Event Registration Fill in the required information for the event you are registering for. Note, if you are missing information it will have an exclamation point with a red triangle or red fonts that you will need to resolve before moving forward.

Event Registration You can pay for the event online or choose to mail in the payment. If you choose to mail in your payment, the information will be booked but you will show a balance due. All late fees and registration deadlines apply until payment is received in full. After booking your reservation you will receive an confirmation showing that you paid or you have a balance due. Keep your reservation number near by as you may return to revise your reservation or add/ delete people to the reservation.

Camp Reservation You can now reserve camp facilities and campsites online and from your phone.

Camp Reservation To begin online camp reservation go to and click on “Camp” and then click on “Camp Reservation” Your landing page will look like this. You will need to click on “In Council Scouter” You will need to pick out your District from the drop down menu. Next select your unit type (Pack, Troop, Crew, Post) from the drop down menu. Last, type in your unit number. Note that you MUST put in the correct unit number. If you type in a unit number that does not exist, you will be prompted. You can enter in the 4- digit number (as it appears on your recharter) or the common number you may go by (i.e. you can enter in Troop “99” or “0099”.

Camp Reservation Select the arrival date, number of nights you are staying, the approximate number of people, and which camp you want to check availability.

Camp Reservation You will be shown a 3 week window with your desired dates highlighted in yellow. If it is marked with an “X” it is not available. While hovering over the “X” you can view the Council or District Event, which has it reserved. Other unit reservations will not be shown it will just have the “X” and “not available”. You can view other information such as camp directions in PDF (to share), camp maps, and policies for that camp. When reserving a camp facility, simply click on which facilities or sites you desire. If it shows just 1 box – the reservation is for the entire weekend (arrive Friday leave on Sunday),which saves from multiple clicks and possibly not reserving a site for 2 nights. Even if you only stay 1 night you will have that reservation through Sunday. If a site or facility is previously reserved, you can check other Council Camps by simply choosing a different camp or dates (near the top) and click on “Check Availability”.

Camp Reservation After selecting the dates you will book your reservation. Fill out the required information (at least 2 adults contacts required for your reservation. Put in your approximate arrival and departure day/times and any planned activities. This is very helpful information for the Council Office and for the onsite Ranger to assist you in your needs and ensure that good communication is occurring between your unit and the council to serve you better.

Camp Reservation After booking your reservation you will be sent a confirmation and a reservation number. The reservation number can be used to update or modify your reservation at anytime. You will receive a reminder 4 days prior to your reservation, which will include the dates and other information (such as gate codes). The system also works for other facilities and program equipment such as cabins (Darby), Graves Center (Graves Scout Reservation) and other available buildings, canoes, and information about COPE, climbing, rappelling, and shooting sports. For facilities or program equipment that requires a security deposit you will need to pay online. Your refund, if approved, will be credited back to your card on file.
