7 Student Accounts Payment Information UT Arlington does not send paper statements or bills. All financial information can be found on your MYMAV Student Center You can do the following on your MYMAV Student Center: View all charges and fees View payment due dates View Financial Aid awards Access student “TO DO” list Make payments A minimum payment must be posted to your account prior to 11:59 pm on the payment date to avoid being dropped for non-payment

8 Student Accounts Make Payments We provide several methods for making payments including: MYMAV ( U.S. MAIL (Please consider delivery and processing time) IN PERSON – Davis Hall – Cash or Check Only KIOSKS – Davis Hall, University Center, and Wetsel building

Forms of Payments We accept the following forms of payment Cash Traveler’s Checks Credit Cards: Online Only (MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX) Checks Money Orders International Payments NOTE: Payments that are returned unpaid may result in enrollment withdrawal and/or additional penalties

10 Student Accounts TouchNet TouchNet is a third-party online payment system that provides a secure, fast, and efficient way to process your payments. No waiting in line or long hold times Credit, debit and international credit cards are accepted for online payments Students can schedule future online payments Payment plans are initiated via TouchNet Text message alerts available (carrier rates may apply) Text message alert feature is now available Parents can have authorized payer access

11 Student Accounts Sponsored Students Sponsored Students works directly with third parties to process payments for tuition and fees Examples of third party sponsors include: Texas Promise 529 Plans Employers / Private Corporations TGTP (Texas Tomorrow) Military Governments Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services (DARS) Fax

Student Accounts Refunds Students with credit balances eligible to be refunded can receive a refund Refunds are processed in three ways: Direct Deposit – sent directly to bank account Credit Card – back to the original credit card used Paper Check – sent to mailing address on file We encourage ALL students to sign up for DIRECT DEPOSIT

13 Student Accounts Registrant’s Responsibility Highlights student’s academic rules and responsibilities Highlights student’s financial responsibilities All students are required to acknowledge every term when registering for classes

14 Student Accounts Things to Remember All registration and payment information is available in MYMAV UT Arlington does not send paper statements or bills Please make all payments in a timely manner to avoid late fees and other consequences Our office will communicate with you using your student address Please keep your contact information up to date (address, , phone number)
