Minimum Graduation Requirements 1 Semester Class = 1 Credit 8 Semesters of English 6 Semesters of Social Studies 6 Semesters of Science 6 Semesters of Mathematics 2 Semesters of Career & Tech Ed 3 Semesters of Physical Education 1 Semester of Health 2 Semesters of Fine Arts 16 Additional Credits (Semesters) Total = 50

Class Load Minimum class load is 7 classes per semester. Maximum class load is 8 classes per semester. Did you know… Study Hall and Lunch will be part of your day, but will not count for course credit.

Types of Classes Daily (40 mins) = 1 credit i.e. English 9 Alternate Day (80 mins) = 1 credit i.e. Phy. Ed Block (80 mins every day) = 2 credits i.e. Algebra B/Geometry BLOCK

WHO: For Freshman Only WHAT: Freshman Orientation (.25 credits earned) WHEN: August 16-18 (prior to the school year) 7:30am-Noon WHERE: Arrowhead – South Campus WHY: To meet other students, have some fun, and see what it takes to be a Warhawk! HOW: Sign up on the Summer School Form!

What you need to do… 1) Complete White Enrollment Form and return to your counselor by Monday, Jan 30th. 2) Complete yellow health form and return to Arrowhead before the start of the school year. 3) Share your course selections with your parents, and make any necessary changes. 4) Complete Summer School Course Selection worksheet if taking summer school or WINGS as a ROUGH DRAFT. 5) Log into Skyward using your student login and password, request your courses from Mon. Feb 13th (starts at 5pm) through Wed. Feb. 15th (closes at 9pm). 6) You will also be able to schedule yourself into summer school courses through June 9th.
