Welcome/President’s Letter Photo Dear Women of ALPFA, ALPFA Members and Guests,   Welcome to the “Using the Power of YOU to Transform Latina Leadership”. We have an excellent program planned for this evening. I am honored to have been given a second opportunity to lead the planning team for this event. It was our intent to design a program that would provide professional Latinas with the tools and road map to strengthen their leadership and management skills at all levels. Leadership is a journey and we are here to continue to build and grow our community Latina Leaders.
