12 Students ALPFA ANNUAL CONVENTION Targeted student workshops Opportunity to network with professionals from across the US and sponsoring companies. Career Fair & University Forum- companies share and highlight career opportunities, and the university forum provides information on MBA programs. Members receive a discounted rate to attend ALPFA REGIONAL STUDENT SYMPOSIUMS Program includes: Educational workshops Networking luncheon Career Fair ALPFA’s ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM Scholarships available to students pursuing business, accounting or finance careers In the past 7 years, ALPFA has awarded students over $750,000 in scholarship money. ALPFA KPMG CASE STUDY COMPETITION This competition brings together accounting students from over 30 schools to solve complex accounting cases and present their findings to KPMG and ALPFA accounting professionals at ALPFA’s Annual Convention. The competition teams students with KPMG professionals for several months of preparation. The experience exposes the students to the possibilities of what it may be like to work at a Big Four firm.
