Josh Collins CEO, Blount “Creating a high performance organization and driving operational excellence throughout our organization are two of the most important initiatives at Blount. We believe that our operational excellence journey is a cultural transformation. I am interested in joining the NWHPEC Board because I believe I would learn from other board members, other consortium members, and from the NWHPEC events themselves.”

8 Nominations VP of Finance
Dale Gehring Director of ESCO Business Systems (EBS), ESCO Corp Serving in wide ranging roles from shop floor supervision to site management of multiple manufacturing plants at ESCO, his primary responsibilities are to coach people and build systems to support continuous improvement. Dale is a founding board member of NWHPEC. He also serves on the Board of Clackamas Academy of Industrial Science. Dale served as Chairman for the Association for Manufacturing Excellence.
