Note: Borsodi Sörgyár Kft. is the Hungarian subsidiary of Molson Coors. The recruitment process is going to be delivered by the Budapest office of Borsodi Sörgyár. What you’ll do? Support overall Molson Coors Rewards strategy Participate in key reward initiatives and programs (annual compensation process, salary reviews, bonus and incentive schemes, benefits, mobility, expat support and recognition programs.) Assist on Reward team projects including policy development and new process implementation. Analyze jobs and reviews job descriptions and specifications. Coordinate participation in labour market surveys and oversee benchmarking processes in specific countries Work in conjunction with the HRBPs, HR Operations team and Finance team to support people cost reporting and forecasting process. Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and queries, gains all key reward information required. Administer European cross-country benefit programs, maintain relations with regional vendors, coordinate review of regional benefit providers as agreed with Senior Regional Reward Manager and HR Directors What you need for this position: Strong analytical skills Experience and good track record in producing high quality, accurate management information. MS Office skills, focus on MS Excel (advanced user) Fluent English, Good communication skills with diverse stakeholders Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users clearly and concisely Experience of operating with highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy University degree Preferred: Degree in Economics Cross-cultural experience Project ownership Place of work: Budapest
