We’re looking for an Sales Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of advertising campaigns and promotion for our agency client partners. You will work in a supportive team environment and your role will be critical to the success of the sales team achieving their revenue targets and securing repeat business.
WHAT YOUR DAY TO DAY LOOKS LIKE:
Preparation of correspondence, responding to client queries and processing reports for Agency Sales Executives
Processing of on-air bookings, approval and briefing forms, sourcing advertising material and instructions plus assisting the implementation of client campaigns
Assist with organisation of client street events, functions, presentations and proposals as required
Prepare post campaign analysis including pre & post-times, air checks, etc. for clients as required
Maintain and promote effective working relationships with key functions including creative, promotions, programming etc
WHAT YOU’LL GET BONUS POINTS FOR:

Degree qualification in a related field such as media, business or law
Experience within a media/radio/ advertising environment will be highly regarded
Highly organised, impeccable attention to detail, ability to multi-task
