Job Description – Strategy Lead strategy development and annual strategy planning process - Develop strategy supporting CEO, VP and team leaders of AC Company - Coordinate strategic alignment among BU/Regions/Functions identifying strategic issues and setting agenda, working closely with relevant organizations - Lead BU/Region/Function strategy planning process with guideline, questions and/or templates - Support BU/Regions/Functions to ensure robust strategy development providing problem solving Manage portfolio - Evaluate portfolio(business, product, market, etc.) regularly and develop recommendations working closely with BU/Regions - Identify and evaluate new portfolio opportunities working closely with corporate business development organization, BUs, R&D, marketing, etc. Business development / M&A - Identify and evaluate business development opportunities including new businesses and M&A working closely with BU and CSO organization, etc. - Manage BD portfolio and pipeline - Lead BD project coordinating functional members Manage strategic initiatives - Identify, develop and manage strategic initiative pipeline - Lead/Support problem solving for strategic initiative projects (TFT) - Manage strategic KPIs for AC CEO Support AC CEO for ad-hoc issue analysis/report, regional visit, etc. ★ Roles & Responsibilities ★ Qualifications & Requirements - 3+ years experience with a top tier firm (e.g., Daikin, Carrier, Trane etc.) and/or Technical consulting in a global company. Experience in both is a strong plus. - Knowledge & experience of B2B related industry, especially HVAC or Lighting/BMS/control industry is plus. - Global experience required. Experience and ability to work within Asian context is a plus. - Excellent problem solving skills demonstrated with relevant projects in consulting or previous job experience - Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse functions, people from different organizations, and manage various stakeholders. 1/1

Job Description - Marketing ★ Roles & Responsibilities 1/1 AC Marketing Strategy Team is leading marketing-related activities – research, marketing communication, marketing strategy, channel management, etc – regarding AC Company’s overseas HVAC business in coordination with regional marketing/sales organizations. Specific job responsibility will be discussed with the successful candidates, with full consideration of their experience, skill set, and career aspiration. Some key tasks include; - Global marketing/brand strategy development - Cross-country/region marketing initiatives in coordination with regional and country HQs - Inside consulting projects to ensure success of regional or country-specific marketing initiatives - Market watch and risk identification to enable the company take timely reactions - Key work scope: strategy planning, new product introduction, channel strategy, partner management, etc. - Strategic thinking and problem solving ability with strong analytical skills required - Proven track record and evidence of successful/innovative marketing strategies and communication. Marketing experience with top global companies is preferred. - Strong cross-functional leadership and interpersonal skill-set that facilitate effective collaboration among multiple levels of individuals and organizations within one BU and across BUs - Experience of managing multiple projects and delivering the agreed goals - University Graduate or above, MBA preferred - Minimum 7+ years of combined experience or equivalent in marketing/sales area - Consulting experience preferred - No barrier for overseas business trips - Fluency in both English and Korean is a minimum requirement ★ Qualifications & Requirements ★ Other Requirements
