...is an international graduate program for top graduates, coming from leading universities in Europe.
All trainees who enter the 21 month-program work on 3 different assignments around Whirlpool European & Global locations.
The program offers a specific training, development and mentoring plan, as well as exposure to Whirlpool leaders.
The FTMP aim is to coach trainees to become future leaders in our organization.
