1 The Opportunity: As part of the Talent Management team, you will support Learning & Development activities related to the coordination of trainings and data management. We also expect the selected candidate to work on a “Best in Class” intern retention program through the improvement of interns’ integration and internal networking. Intern Retention Program Review the processes and whole interns lifecycle and propose areas of improvements. Develop the interns welcome package Improve the onboarding process for interns Develop and maintain regular updates in the internal interns community L&D Support: Manage the logistics in preparation of trainings and L&D activities Get in contact with the facilitators and provide assistance during workshops Data management Support the review of the L&D process and propose areas of improvement.
