Android Devices

Step 1: Open your android devices settings, by tapping the “settings” icon. The settings icon can also be found in the apps list.

Step 2: Tap the accounts tab, then tap “Add account”

Step 3: You should now be at the Add account screen. From this screen you will tap “Microsoft Exchange Activesync”

Step 4: Enter your address and password in the corresponding boxes, then tap the “Manual setup” button.

Step 5: At the next screen, follow the directions below for each marked section. Then tap the “Next” button. Enter your address here. Enter your address Enter your password here. Enter mobile.ventech.com as your exchange server. Make sure you select “Use secure connection (SSL)”

Step 6: The next screen is for setting your account options. From here your can use the pull-down menus to select how often you would like to sync your , and how far back you would like the sync process to look for past s. You can also choose to sync your contacts, your calendar, and tasks. When you are happy with how you have set your sync schedule, click the “Next” button. Note: For schedules, the “Push” option will update the most frequently.

Step 7: Tap “Activate” at this screen.

Step 8: Give your account a name (for example “Precision Spine Mail”), then click the “Done” button. You should soon start receiving alerts, when your s arrive.

Apple Devices/iOS

Step 1: Tap “Settings” > “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” > “Add Account” > “Exchange”

Step 2: Enter your address and password, then tap “Next”.

Step 3 : At this screen, enter your information, following the guide below. Tap “next” once you have finished entering the info. Enter your address Enter mobile.ventech.com as the server Leave this field blank Enter your address Enter your password

Step 4: Here you can choose to sync your , contacts, calendars, reminders, and notes. Tap “Save” when you are finished with your selections.

Windows Phone

Step 1: Navigate to account creation screen, using the instructions below. Tap “ +accounts”Tap “Settings”Swipe left from home screen

Step 3: Add your Exchange account. Tap “add an account”Tap “Outlook”

Step 4: Enter your address, and password, then tap the “sign in” button. Then, at the next screen, tap the “show all settings button.”

Step 5: Once all settings are shown, enter in your information following the guide below. Once all information is filled in, tap the “sign in” button. You should now start receiving in your Outlook app. Enter your password here Enter your address here The domain is your address following the / symbol, for example Enter your address again here Enter mobile.ventech.com for the server Make sure this option is checked.
