3. Sign up to get started! In order to log in and access your profile:
Go to the Holy Family website at click on the “Database” button in the upper right corner.
Click on the “Log In” button on the Parishioner Update page.

4. Step 1!
After clicking the “Log In” button, the sign-in screen will appear. If this is your first time, please select “Need a login?”

5. Step 2!
Enter Address, first name, last name. (Suffix is optional.)
Then select “Find Me.”
If your first name, last name and address don’t match with our database you will get a message (see step 3.)

6. Step 3!
If your information does not match our records, you will be prompted to contact our database administrator via or phone to resolve your account issue.

7. Step 4!
If your name and address match what Holy Family has stored in the database.
You will receive an containing your username and password for logging in. Follow the instructions in this to login. The system will require you to change your password with the first successful login.

8. To update your volunteer profile, go to Step 5.
To update your contact information, go to Step 11
To add a financial gift, go to Step 12

9. Step 5!
Once logged into your profile, please click on the tab labeled “Serving” which is circled in red in this screen image.

10. Step 6!
After clicking on the “Serving” tab, please click on the link, “Edit my attributes and availability” located on the right-hand side of the screen above the “Export” button circled in red on this screen image.

11. Step 7!
You will then click on the “Pencil” icons next to each attribute to make your selections. The pencil icons on this screen shot circled in red.

12. Step 8!
You can scroll thru tabs of attributes that you can select and add to your profile.
Abilities and Qualifications are required.
Service Areas, Traits and Availability are helpful, but optional.
Once finished please save your profile.

13. Step 9!
Click on Serving at the top and Search Opportunities to see the Volunteer opportunities that match your updated profile.

14. Step 10!
Click on the “Serving” tab, and choose another family member. You can update the serving availability for each family member.

15. Step 11!
To update contact information, go to My Profile under the Home tab.
Click on the pencil icons to edit information.

16. Step 12! Select the Giving tab to
Create a one time or reoccurring gift
See your scheduled giving.
See your giving history
