1. Uninstalling Google App Sync
If you previously used the Outlook Desktop Client, please follow these steps to remove the Google App Sync Tool before continuing on with the setup. Otherwise, skip ahead to Page 5
On Windows 7 and 10, click on the start icon at the bottom left portion of the screen
Start typing ‘programs and features’
Select the programs and features option as seen in the image

2. Uninstalling (Cont.)
Notice the two Google App Sync Programs as pictured here.
Select each program one at a time, and click on the uninstall button.

3. Remove Existing Outlook Profiles
Click on the start icon and start typing ‘control panel’
Select the control panel app as seen in the image
When the control panel window appears, find the ‘mail’ settings

4. Delete Profiles Select the option to show profiles
Select each account and remove them all.

5. Open Outlook Open the start menu and type in outlook.
Select Outlook as pictured
When outlook opens, enter your name as a the default profile.
Select the options button to set this as the default profile.

6. Set Up Outlook Your email address should be automatically detected.
Confirm your address is correct or type it in the address field.
Click Next.

7. Set up Outlook (Cont.) Allow the account wizard to run.
You may be asked for a password. You should enter your network (O-Zone) password.
Make sure to check the remember credentials box for ease of access.

8. Set up Outlook (Cont.)
Congratulations, you have successfully configured your mail client!
If you manage an additional account you can click on the ‘Add another account’ button.
Otherwise, click Finish. Your Outlook client may need to restart to finish configuration.
